Elevated Moves

I booked elevated moves after a recommendation online. Not only did they call the night before the move was scheduled to see about changing our plans, they showed up the day of the move almost an hour late. When we got to our destination, I noticed hardly anything was covered in blankets just wrapped in plastic. I had paid them to set up our furniture and everything at the new place. Once everything was situated and we started decorating that evening we noticed all the damages done to our items. Furniture less than a month old had chips and scratches all over, flat screen tv with big gouges in it and the list goes on. They agreed to pay for the damages for a fraction of the actual amount. (Something I set up just to be done with the headache.) Well a month after they told me a check would be put in the mail I have heard nothing back they won't answer or return my calls. Although they have sent me an email acknowledging that I was trying to get a hold of them. I have pictures of the damages for anyone that would like more information. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from the added cost of them moving your things and destroying them.
