Elite Anywhere White Glove Delivery | Palm Springs

We moved in to our winter home and Elite was professional and gave us amazing white glove service from receiving, inspection, delivery and installation. As an interior designer, Elite made this effortless for me to get us in our home on time and also remove any packing material. Elite gives true white glove service! I highly recommend them!!

I truly would prefer to make a positive review, but that is not the case with Elite. I am a designer with a retail furniture store operation. The Elite Anywhere in Palm Springs Area failed in the most basic of tasks at their facility in the Palm Springs Area. This includes not inspecting products as they arrive when there was obvious damage to the containers the packaging arrived in, even though we pay for this service. As Elite is aware, there is a timeliness that must be kept in order to make a freight claim. We were unaware of the damage until the day that the product was to be delivered. I believe that the damage occurred while the product was in the care of Elite for more than a month.
To be fair, Elite has done some good work for us as well at assembling furniture in-the-field.....but the failure of the receiving warehouse and subsequent confusion there shows me the place is disfunctional.

Elite Anywhere is great logistics company. They offer variety of delivery services, from white glove to drop off deliveries. They also have warehouses should you need your items stored. I can recommend them to anyone.

If you are looking for services like warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping they are the best company for that. Highly Recommended!
