The five star reviews are from two people who work at the company. Stay away from elite at all costs. The company damaged several pieces of my property for which I purchased insurance. They have not paid the claim in over 4 months. Not a trustworthy company.

Edit: The below response from Robert Sabo is a lie. He has had several conversations with me. Avoid using him at all costs. Restoration Hardware and others have canceled their contracts with him due to poor service.
