The delivery men was exceptionally good. However, the days leading to the delivery was unpleasant as the customer service rep was unresponsive to calls and failed to provide concrete update on delivery. Instead she was insisting that delivery is on her own schedule when I have a full time job!!!!

The entire experience was great. The communication from the beginning thru delivery was accurate and insightful. I knew exactly when they were going to arrive. I loved the tracking app. They delivers staff was professional and courteous. They cleaned up ad took the trash with them. It was an excellent experience.

I just had my beautiful dinning table delivered, Elite delivery made this process so easy, they were respectful , very professional, on time, and in communication throughout the route. Can’t be any happier.
