Nothing was broken in the move, which is one of the biggest positives I could give. However, the truck they came in didn't have a dolly/anything with wheels (their other truck did have it) so I ended up having to pay for probably an extra hour of just moving items laterally. The move would have been much easier with it. They didn't complain and did a good job, but I'm the one paying for the extra time.
