There was poor communication between the administrative team during the initial quote conversation. I was not properly informed about the services offered. If I had known I would not have move forward with them because the movers do not bring in any proper equipment or tools to move my furniture. The movers did the job with what they came with, their bare hands. Due to this, I now have drag marks on my mattress and couch. I’m very disappointed and will now have to pay additional fees to get it cleaned. I highly recommend that you consider another company to get the job done.

Horrible experience. Sent two movers for my tiny apartment and it took over four hours. They dropped most of our stuff and my husband and I had to help move for the last two hours. For each two loads we take, they maybe take one. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they said they can’t do that. Now when I call they put me directly on hold. The main mover even yelled at me then apologized that they sent the first two movers because they are too inexperienced. Horrible customer service. For reference it took under an hour for our move in.
