Elite Moving Service Co.

The guys were very strong, quick and precise. They were very helpful to assemble a wardrobe and to connect our washer and dryer. They did great! ?

My wife contracted Bellhop for our move services (move date 11/4/2023). Bellhop contracted Elite Moving Service Co. to perform the load up part of the service. Elite Moving Service Co. did send 4 people on time.

The problem. The 4 people sent had no idea why they were at our house nor did they speak English so we couldn't even communicate what they should be doing. We called Elite Moving Service Co. and talked with Francisco about the issue.

Francisco asked us if we could 'Just have them start loading while waiting for someone that did speak English'. We said no since they could not understand us anyway. I then asked if these 4 people worked for Elite Moving Service Co., if they were insured, and if they were even legally allowed to work in the United States. Francisco could not answer any of that.

While talking with Francisco, two cars rapidly pulled up and 3 of the 4 workers split into the cars while the 4th worker ran down the road away from the neighborhood. The 2 cars, once the workers were in, then peeled out of the residential neighborhood as fast as they could. We reported this incident to both Franciso with Elite Moving Service Co. and Bellhop.

It has been over 2 hours now and we have not heard at all from Francisco or Elite Moving Service Co. Bellhop has been trying to get in touch with them but they have not answered any of Bellhops calls. We requested that Bellhop not send Elite Moving Service Co. to us again even if they do answer. We have no trust or faith in them and feel like Elite Moving Service Co. has put my family and house at risk trying to use those workers.

UPDATE: Bellhop sent a different company to move us. We never heard back from Elite Moving Services Co. Would never recommend this company. Absolutely terrible!

UPDATE 2: I feel the company response is disingenuous which is more concerning than already is. Not a single person on the crew spoke English at all and were surely not prepared to do anything. Francisco literally told us they were going to send someone that did speak English after we spoke to him. Your own representative knew none of the 4 sent spoke English.

Point 2, we did not ask for anyone to leave at anytime. We asked Francisco about the crews insurance and employment and were told he would check on it. That is when the crew departed, no provocation, nor did they even attempt to talk to us before just leaving in the chaotic manner already described. Once Bellhop was able to finally get a hold of your company, they told use your were going to send another crew. After the incident we had, we then requested your company to no longer be involved.

Shame on you for dressing this up falsely and never once addressing our concerns as your customer!

Their professionalism was evident from start to finish. I'd also like to give a special shout out to Francisco who made the entire process even smoother. From providing clear communication and scheduling flexibility to addressing all of my concerns. Francisco's professionalism and helpfulness was outstanding.

The move was handled with care and precision. They were not only professional but also incredibly trustworthy, making me feel at ease throughout the process.

In addition to their exceptional service, their pricing was great value for the quality of work they provided - they arrived on time and completed the move. They manage to be both efficient and fast without sacrificing the safety of my belongings.

Elite Moving Co did a great job! They were efficient and careful with our items/furniture. We would recommend them to anyone moving. Our movers mostly spoke Spanish, but they still did a great job of communicating and making sure of the moving details.
