Elite Moving & Storage

Sadly my move had over 10 boxes opened and valuable items were gone, including things that belonged to my mother. Was it the employees in LA ( in storage for almost 2 years) or he driver who had 2 days until I arrived to meet him at final destination? Flatware, clothing, jewelry gone. The most valuable item, packed very carefully, was broken.

After having absolutely no time to pack properly and my company pushing my nose to the grindstone I had to take my chances with moving companies. I am relieved and happy to report my stuff made it all the way back over the 5 to San Jose from Los Angeles. They treated my items with care and respect. Their service was timely and movers were nice and friendly. I'd recommend elite moving for anyone that has lots of fragile belongings but has little time to haul it on their own. Thanks for your help guys!

I don’t like who write a review. But this time I am so happy with their service, so does my mom! I was recommend by one of my best friend who use their service before. Recently I use Elite service to help my mom to move in her new apartment. They are professional, on time, good job with reasonable price ( compare other 10 company I have called and compare the price). Highly recommend to every one.

So, I recently hired the company for a move, and they were absolutely a great experience, NOT ONLY THAT their Customer Service is Excellent. The movers were very professional, their price ranges are very cost-efficient, and the service was very fast as well. I spoke with Donna who assisted me to schedule the actual move and she was absolutely a great person to work with. She was very helpful, polite, considerate, & very patient with me. On the day of the move, the moving crew was led by Mario and they arrived to my destination on time and moved all of my stuff with care. I will definitely hire them again, without any doubt! Elite Moving and Storage is awesome. I spoke to Donna and Mary on the phone who facilitated my move. On the day of the move, the crew worked very hard, efficiently and was highly organized. They made my life so much easier. I highly recommend hiring this company for your move. They also provide storage as well for your goods. Prices are very reasonable!
