Wonderful! If we could give these guys more than 5 stars, We would! Flawless move from A to Z, appropriate, responsive, well-organized, well-mannered, fast and incredibly fairly priced. Mainly when we compared them to few other ones. Elite moving and storage scheduled our move exactly when we needed it. First thing in the early morning on a Sunday so we will have the whole week to settle in. They didn’t charge us for several extra things even! How wonderful is that? They handled all the furniture with excellent care and made no issue about moving the heavy pieces down the stairs art our old house. At the new house, they assembled the master bedroom that we bought for the new house. We are so thankful that Donna, their dispatcher, called us to make sure that we are happy with everything. We highly recommend them!!!!

I recently hired elite moving for my second move, and it was absolutely a great experience again. The movers were professional while the price was cost-efficient, and the service was fast as well. Donna helped us to book and manage the actual move and she was an absolute great person to deal with. She was very helpful and polite when I had to reschedule the actual moving date by few days earlier. The moving crew was led by Mario and they arrived to my house on time and moved all of the stuff with care and afford as it was their personal move. I will hire them again without any doubt!

We were moving on a tight schedule, and the original movers failed, causing us a 1 day delay. I called and spoke with Donna, and told her our predicament and the timeline we were dealing with. She said she'd call back, and she actually did! She said they had a crew available the next day. The foreman, Avi, arrived on time. He was polite, friendly, professional and immediately recognized the gravity of our situation. He did a walk through and when the moving crew arrived gave them directions that were followed to a T. When the moving crew arrived, they each introduced themselves then jumped into action! They were like a well oiled machine. They never stopped moving and packing, and repacked items that needed to be repacked. Luis was lead man and he was polite, charming, knowledgeable and professional. They did everything!! They packed, with care, our antique furniture, and even offered to separate our items for easy removal when we have our things delivered. Elite Moving and Storage came through, with our ABSOLUTE confidence and trust. For all the hard work Avi and his crew did, we found their pricing to be extremely reasonable and absolutely doable. I highly recommend them. A great company, a great crew and great office support staff. Thank you, all.
