Elite Relo LLC

SCAMMERS!!! Booked them through Uhaul and they never showed up. I called and emailed many times and on the last call they answered and when I said who I was they hung up on me!!! Do not give your money to these people they are just trying to steal from you!!!

Our experience with this company was very unprofessional and disrespectful right from the start. They were very late and would not respond to our calls or texts until they didn't recognize a different number that we used. Two of their movers that did show up, two hours late and by cab, only worked for 45 minutes instead of the two hours that was paid for. Our moving experience was a nightmare as we had to move most of our things as the movers took long breaks. They also left early, but had the time to enjoy a cigarette as their cab waited for him to finish his last break before they left. The owner said he would refund half of the money only to go back on his word. We went through different agencies to get what was due to us. Unfortunately, they could only do so much. There is more to the story, but will just add one more thing. If you need moving services, find out what your rights are before giving them their code to release payment. They went through U-Haul to obtain moving customers. I would ask U-Haul, not Elite Relo LLC as they did not prove themselves to be capable of even basic customer service.

I wish I could give them 15 stars!!! Literally, and we have used 6+ companies moving all over the country, these are the BEST movers we have ever used…so professional, so quick, they brought and have a bevy of equipment to make everything as smooth as possible…Andrea and Zach are exceptional and made themselves available the day BEFORE we were scheduled…we cannot thank them enough and we recommend them highly!!! They will be our first and only call for all of our future moving needs :)

I would highly recommend these movers. I couldn't believe how fast they packed up but they were very careful with our belongings and with our house. They were also very friendly and upbeat.
