Elko East Mini Storage

I go into the office, talk to Jeanne, and ask if there are any units available to rent. Within 30 minutes, I'm moving stuff into my new unit. You can't beat that.
I've rented at least 8 units over the years from Elko East Mini Storage. The units are always clean and pest free, the prices are always reasonable, the staff is always courteous and helpful, and I've never had any problems. This is a very well run, secure facility.

Jeanne has been more than helpful with getting us two spots/units over the course of a couple days due to us moving and has been more than wonderful to work with. Very glad I chose this storage unit!!!

You WANT to use Elko East Mini Storage! LOOK NO FURTHER...THIS IS THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY IN ELKO!! Customer service is BEYOND OUTSTANDING; they actually want you to have a great experience with them and are happy to see you! I have not experienced Customer Service like this since the Pandemic.
You can choose to do it all online but I recommend you come by and ask questions and meet these folks. Tina was absolutely the best! She is very adept at her job and provided professional and supportive, useful information, and also has a very warm and welcoming manner!
The facilities are clean and the office modern and comfortable. Elko East had the best prices I found in Elko. The security is top-notch, everything is convenient and you won't find a better place to do business!

I have rented here for at least 20 years, I have never had any problems (bugs , rodents ) it is very secure and clean. I recently rented another unit, Jeanne and Tina were very helpful and filled out my paperwork quickly. Everyone I know, agrees ,this is the place to rent.
