Absolutely incompetent and ugly delivery company. They scheduled me for a delivery, didn't make the delivery, claimed no delivery was ever scheduled because the order from Article was split and one half had not arrived yet, were completely inflexible in re-scheduling a delivery, and lied and tried to gaslight me by telling me that I had told them not to deliver the first half of the order until the second half had arrived. Honestly, the worst customer service experience that I can remember having.

After seeing the 1.2 star average, I was understandably very concerned about my couch delivery. I spoke with a lady (very polite) over the phone, and was told I would be called when my couch arrived. They called a few days later and told me the couch would be delivered a week later between 11-2. The delivery guys called me at 10:56 and said they were about 15 minutes away. They dropped the giant boxes off in my living room and left. I don't usually leave reviews, however, I feel a 1.2 stars is quite harsh.

Like others, if I could rank them 0 stars I would. I had a 10a-2p window in which my couches would be delivered. I made sure they would give me a call 30 minutes before they would be there since I would be at work. I received a call telling me they had waited 20 minutes and were leaving. I then told them I never received the 30 minute heads up call, and she said the driver said they had called, but she would have them wait 20 more minutes. I was on my street 20 minutes later and saw the truck leaving. I begged them to please unload my couches, yes beg is the correct term, and they told me no and drove away. I immediately called the company and she said she was begging them to turn around, but they wouldn't. I am in complete shock and could never recommend them.

I would give negative stars if it were possible. I ordered a bed from Costco who uses a logistic company that contracted these clowns for the final delivery and set up. They received the bed on the 15th of the month, messed up the deliver address, and then could not correct their own mistake and wanted me to wail until the 7th of the next month for delivery. Add to that the fact that they were rude on the phone and not willing to lift one finger to go out of their way. I made sure Costco knew of my issue and encouraged them to seek another vendor. These clowns are INCOMPETENT and I would not hire them to walk across the street.

No sure how these people are still in business. Disorganized, rude and worthless. I received and automated call from JCP stating my delivery would be scheduled by the 23rd. I had not recieved a call from the delivery company so I called them. The lady said they had just scheduled the delivery but hadn't gotten around to calling me yet and that my order would be delivered between 1 and 4 on the 26th. So I called at 1130 to make sure I was scheduled for delivery they said yes and that the delivery driver would contact me. I called again at 330 since I hadn't heard anything and was again told that I was scheduled for delivery and they would be there. At 430 I called and they phone was directed to an automated machine with an emergency number for Brooke. I then called Brookes number. No answer and the voicemail was full. So at 830 this morning I called i was told that the lady that deals with that stuff was not in so she couldn't tell me what happened and would have to get the paperwork back from the warehouse and someone would call me. Still no call at 1 pm today so I called again. After about 5 mins of getting no where i was transfer to brooke. Brooke said there was a note saying no one home. I said I was home I never received a call or anything. Then she said she could check the gps of the trunk but guess what unfortunately the truck that had my item didnt have gps. Also i was then told they dont give time frames of 1 to 4 so the driver was probably there before 1. So at thus point im going to have to go pick up my order. Otherwise i wont have anything to sleep on. I have no faith in this company.
