After we had a flooding emergency and Emergency Packout Co. came in to remove everything so our home could be repaired. They exceeded all my expectations for Packout and Packin services. Their crew was fast, courteous, professional and overall amazing. They delicately packed the entire contents of the house and documented with photos so they could set it all back up exactly as it was down to the most minute details. We were in shock returning home from a holiday to a broken waterline in our home. Emergency Packout was great at getting our stuff packed efficiently and with care so the remediation process could begin. When it came time to put everything back, the team was just as careful and the QR code system let the team know where everything was. We hope we never need their services again, but we would definitely us them.

This company is wonderful!! This is the second time I have used them & they have gone above & beyond again. I had my bathroom toilet overflow so bad the water flowed into the bedroom so I had to had to have carpet pulled up & walls redone. Emergency Packout came in & packed everything up quickly, efficiently & professionally. They were in & out in a short amount of time. The construction work was done then they came back to deliver the items & put them back in place. Everything came back the same way it left & nothing was damaged or broken. Mike & his guys did a great job again! I highly recommend Emergency Packing to anyone who needs help when they need things moved out/back in when they have had a water or other disaster in their home. They are very organized & detail oriented.
