Emergency Packout Co

Our water heater had a leak & overflowed into a bedroom so we had to have everything packed up & moved to Emergency Packout's storage facility so we could get the room repaired. Emergency Packout's crew came in & packed up all of our things in the room very efficiently & professionally. Before they started packing, they took pictures of everything in the room. There were listed emailed to us with what was in each & every box. When the restoration work had all been finished, the same crew delivered everything back to us. They were very organized & efficient. Everything was in good order upon its return & nothing was broken. Mike, the supervisor, & his crew did a fantastic job & I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs this type of a job done. They were all very courteous & professional. They certainly saved me a lot of time & effort.

We were very impressed by the efficiency and attention to detail exhibited by this organization. In a stressful time Emergency Packout Company was very professional in everyway. Further, Daniel Meehan went above and beyond by taking responsibility when I felt he had none. The national organization, with a local franchisee, who EPC was a subcontractor to failed miserably and EPC took up the slack. Very impressive.

We love Emergency Packout Co.because they were prompt, efficient, tidy, thorough and very respectful of our personal belongings. We got to know Matt Trenner & his crew. Yosselin, Tiffany, Michael, Jose’, Jamie’, Diego, Fernando and Matt were all very personable, friendly & funny, too! Honestly, we were sorry to see them go.
