Empire Movers

I was very specific about the items I had for my move and gave estimated dimensions. I was quoted a price thousands below what other companies quoted. When the movers came, the amount of cubic feet designated for my move was so small, my stuff ended up taking up nearly twice as much space as they allocated and I ended up paying more than any other companies quoted me.

I feel like I was robbed. Not using these guys again.

They were great when I was booking. Then on the scheduled pick up day, they call me to say that they needed to reschedule my pickup date to a week later. Once I got on the phone, they said, 2 weeks or later was preferred. They did not have a driver available for my move. I somehow got a hold of dispatch and they told me my move was too small so they most likely just cancelled my job order in preference of a larger one. If you have a 1 bedroom sized move. Go elsewhere.
