Emrick's Van & Storage

From storage to initial shipping Emricks provided great service. My furniture was stored for some time and moved multiple times. None of my wooden furniture showed any signs of damage from being moved around to multiple locations. This proved to me the care they took while moving and storing my items. Also, Vincent the mover who shipped my items from OKC to Desert Hot Springs, CA was great. He was in constant contact along the way. He arrived early to the drop off location. Vincent and his son ALSO took great care in moving my items into the home, making sure not to damage anything of the delicate wood furniture. I was a pleasure working with Evelyn, Vincent and Gregg over the past few months and weeks. I am glad that I used their services for my needs and will recommend them to anyone in OKC.

We have used professional movers a number of times. Without doubt, Emrick's has been the best. Gregg did an excellent job with the estimating, Evelyn with keeping us in the loop on every detail and our driver, Don Sims, was the absolute BEST! Due to snow and ice in our delivery driveway, we had to wait a day for delivery. Don was patient and a definite problem solver! And even though our household goods had to be moved from the van to smaller moving trucks for delivery, not one item sustained any damage. It was all due to Don's care and professionalism. We did have a few issues with the packing (dirty flower pots not wrapped and dirt all over our outdoor cushions as well as some bathroom items wrapped in our towels and not paper) but the overall experience was excellent and we highly recommend this professional moving company.

Moving is such a hassle and with previous terrible experiences with other movers I was dreading doing it again. However, I had the BEST experience. The office staff was especially helpful and responsive throughout the process. On the day of delivery the delivery drivers were communicative and arrived when they said they would. They took very good care of the house and items as they unloaded and were extremely helpful. HIGHLY recommend!
