Horrible service or lack thereof. I gave a $1K deposit and now their phone and emails are out of service. Totally a scam. Shame

They are NOT movers. They outsource to unknown movers who either break or steal your belongings.
Rachel is rude and unprofessional. No matter what time of the day you call, you either get her voice mail, or be brushed off saying that she can't speak because she is driving her kids to school. Even if you call at 2pm.
Our move was outsourced to a company called Door to Door Movers
They transport your items to a warehouse in Denver, then they transfer them to another truck before transporting them to you. This is unacceptable because we lost at least a thousand dollars worth of items.
At the time that you hire them, they ask you each item and measurements of items that you want to transport and grossly underestimate it, so when the movers arrive, the cost is literally doubled! Door to Door Movers steals your valuable items and will not answer their phone or reply to texts.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY.

TL;DR: this company is sketchy at best and reviews show a darker side to them. I'm glad we did not continue to work with them.

My husband and I signed a deal with this company back in May, 2022. Jason was really kind and helpful and provided all the information we needed and made us feel comfortable putting a deposit down for this move.
Once we got our address in September, 2022, I reached back out to Jason to inform him of our address update. When I received no response I called customer service wherein I left a voice mail. When I got no response within a few days I tried again and was finally answered. I was then informed Jason no longer worked for the company and at that point things began to go downhill.
I requested confirmation of address update as well as an updated price for our move (we got rid of furniture to save money). When I did not receive a response I had my husband reach out wherein he was told 'it was handled' and that we 'would receive a call 2-3 days before the move and it can get sorted then'. I still never received a confirmation email.
We read many of the reviews on the BBB and on Google and decided we were no longer comfortable with their services. When we attempted to call for cancelation we were told to submit an email wherein I requested email confirmation that someone received the email. This again, never happened.
On the day we were supposed to be moving we received a call from the company to inform us of our moving trucks time of arrival. I had to then inform them we had canceled almost 3 weeks prior and were not interested in their services.
I want to include we did put down a large (for us) deposit and did not get it back. We also understand that we signed in our contract the loss of that money. An expensive mistake we will not make again.
Overall, incredibly unprofessional, poor communication, sketchy and really glad we did not go with them.

I do not believe these people are reliable. The person who goes over the quote and make you pay the deposit in a hurry never ever is reachable again. The customer service directs your calls to a voicemail service. No e-mails are ever replied to.

The company initially makes claims that if you get another lower quote, they will adjust their fees. Then, you find out that they do not do it for another 'broker' and would only do it for carriers. Again, they won't do it for the carrier if the carrier rating is less than 4.5. NO CARRIER WOULD SATISFY THIS THRESHOLD. This company is not TRUSTWORTHY.
