En-Route Relocation

I hired them to move me from Houston to Lake Tahoe. They lied to me in just about every way. No need to bother with extra insurance. They told me that the estimate of my move would be the max I would have to pay. It went 1350 over what they said. The broke my TV and a chair. Several other of my things were damaged. I am basically out about 4000 dollars and I have no legal recourse. Use a reputable company and they are just not honest.

Please don't waste your time with this extortion scheme, I mean 'moving company'. Please please please.

I spent an hour and a half with them going through my house describing my stuff. My estimate was off by 50% and I paid a ridiculous amount. Of course it wasn't until my stuff was all on the truck I got told 'well it took more room than we thought'. I had to pay an extra $2k because my stuff was already loaded and I had a new job to get to. Both delivery and pickup drivers asked me, incredulously, how I found such a terrible company. I implore anyone reading this to stay far away. I'm an Air Force vet and got completely taken advantage by this 'company'.

Please look up this company on the Better Business Bureau website. They have an F rating and it is accurate. I do not believe a single positive review on here. Some of the reviews on here will break your heart. These people lied and stole and destroyed my things. They were cruel. I was able to work with my credit card company to get my deposit back, but I lost thousands of dollars. Please, use a reputable company. Make sure never to use a broker. If at all possible do as much of the move yourself as you can unless your company pays for and hires movers. After my last two experiences, especially this one, I won’t hire movers again but to help me load and unload a container or truck.

This business is a broker, they ONLY estimate your cost. The actual Moving Co will show up with THOUSANDS ADDITIONAL DOLLARS being owed.! STAY AWAY!! ALSO THE GOOD REVIEWS MUST BE EMPLOYEE SUBMITTED!!!!! DO NOT HORE THEM ....OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. You will loose items and never be able to replace this stuff. Broken things that they will not fix. Believe me do your homework pay more for a big name company. If you don't you're definitely NOT going to be happy!!! This company is SAD!

I hate saying this but I think these reviews are very important so any future customers are educated on how this company gets you. Biggest upset is the ungodly amount of added fees that you will have you pay to actually get your things back. They were late with no communication and several items were destroyed in the process. I'm greatly disappointed in every aspect . I got duped. Don't you too.
