En-Route Relocation

BROKEN TV and almost all of my furniture was damaged. If you want any of your stuff to arrive unscathed, do not use this service. They contract random movers to load and move your stuff and these people have no incentive to make sure that any of your stuff arrives without significant damages. My boxes looked like they had been to hell and back and my TV was completely shattered. Boxes were stacked to the ceiling of the truck with no regard to weight because they were completely flattened with my stuff inside obviously damaged or broken. Additionally, the original quote was useless because at pickup and drop off they found reasons to add on $500 total. In retrospect I should have either moved it myself or sold everything and bought new stuff. The only way I can rationalize a moving company doing such a terrible job at moving stuff is that this company is a complete and total scam. Either way I would have saved a lot of money. Zero stars.

When I hired en route I was told 5-7 days between pick up and delivery for $1600 on pick up and $1600 on delivery. When the movers showed up they packed all my stuff into the truck and said it would be $3300 then and another $3300 on delivery they also said it would be 7-10 days. I was desperate by that point so I paid it. When my stuff FINALLY arrived 3 WEEKS LATER half of it was damaged or fried. Boxes crushed, various items broken, bins shattered, 100 year old family hutch with a huge scratch on the front and multiple electronic devices completely fried from being on the hot truck way longer than they were supposed to be. This company refuses to answer calls and emails or acknowledge any wrong doing at all. Do not use them unless you enjoy pain and being scammed.

PLEASE AVOID!!! These people will tell you one thing when you're on the phone with them making a deal, but take no responsibility when the moving companies they work with decide to charge you a lot extra from what was agreed upon; they also tell you your stuff will de delivered by a certain time frame and that is not the case. They are very irresponsible and don't care about your concerns, they're just trying to book a job and after that whatever happens to your stuff is not their business. Save yourself a ton of headaches and stress, my experience with these people has been horrible. I dont like to post negative reviews online but this definitely warranted it, I'm just trying to save others from making the same mistake I did; save your money and time. Beware!!

They are thieves, i had never used moving company before, can any one please suggest me how can I make legal / police complain and get my stuffs or money back.

Lets make it simple : They are “CHEAT”
It is hard to find them after they took the advance.
Definitely there has to be strict law to put this people behind bars.
Beware : I think after every negative review they get from actual customers, you will find a 5 rating review from a person (may be dummy), who has hardly provided 1 or 2 google reviews. Anyways sharing in details about my experience, (viewers beware of authentic reviews).

If it is your hard earned money you want to spend for moving, I do not recommend them at all. The sales persons here are the most polite people on the planet but until you made the first payment. You are never going to find them anymore for 'any help'

I was quoted $2800
but at the end of delivery i was made to pay in total of $5700. ( Including good tips I was forced for their job they are supposed to do )

My child's Crib lost ( I don't know how on the earth can some one lose a Crib )

Tables broken,

shoe rack broken entirely (and smartly wrapped which was not removed),

New Sofa damaged(including all shoes broken - with a comment 'The world is not a happy place every-time' very unprofessional),

I was made to give in writing - if they need to move my stuff they will not be responsible for any damage.

office work chair dropped from the truck on road and scratched in front of me,

Bed was dismantled but they could not arrange it (since the person was different at pickup and drop-off)

They came in a day early for delivering and since I could not meet the unplanned time, I was charged with $400 more.

At the end I was forced to pay the amount more that the cost of my stuffs.

In a brief, thanks for squeezing all the hard earned money from me En-Route hope your unprofessional business policy lead you to greater heights.
