“I have been a loyal customer of Encino Mail and More for several years, handling all my mailing and notary needs through them as a resident of the area. Recently, however, I had an experience that completely changed my perspective on this business. I shipped two boxes through them, one containing shoes and the other makeup, meant for different companies. Unfortunately, the clerk at Encino Mail and More sent the packages to the wrong addresses—sending the shoes to the makeup company and the makeup to the shoe company. This error caused significant hassle for me, as the shoes ultimately got lost in the process.

I’ve been dealing with this issue for several months now. The clerk initially promised to resolve the issue, but I have only received repeated excuses and runarounds. The lost shoes cost me over $800, and my credit card has been charged. When I finally managed to speak with the owner after months of leaving messages, he was incredibly rude, dismissive, and took no responsibility for the mistake his business made.

Encino Mail and owner’s lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service has not only caused me financial stress but has also wasted my time and patience. I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere for mailing, shipping, and notary services if you want to avoid similar issues.”
