I had almost a 1000 mile move and Encore was a great company who delivered with care. They provided ample heads up the day before and day of so I was prepared for their arrival. Very hardworking crew that completed packing everything for me efficiently and were so kind to work with. My only feedback for the company is that it would be nice if they could provide some type of protective wear for their shoes to keep my home clean since they are constantly coming in and out. Overall, very satisfied!

I can confidently say they are the real deal. As a business owner myself, I always do thorough research when choosing any service, and Encore checked every box—over 10 years in business, A+ rating on BBB, and, most importantly, they own their own trucks. That level of credibility and stability is rare in the moving industry.

We were wavering about our choice after reading some negative comments but went ahead and hired this company anyway. We can't be more pleased with the work of the team (Efren, Russ, and Hector). Not only did they do physically hard work but its physical stress did not affect their attitude: they were highly professional, friendly, and kind. They arrived on time, finished slightly early, even moved some heavy things around at the new location, when we decided they looked better over here than over there. They were very professional throughout the process. We very much appreciated their efforts, told them so,

Used those guys to relocate my house from Chicago to Orlando, Service was Done on time, very professionally, crew was very polite and pleasant to work with and price was not the cheapest but I definitely got what I paid for.
