Review:

This company stopped on the road in my private gated community with their blinker signaling they were pulling over the to the right. I passed them slowly. They then proceeded to pull in front of my house after I parked and two of them in the truck (one of which claimed to be the owner) yelled and cursed at me. The truck was dirty and looked in disrepair. This is a terrible company. You have been warned!

Review:

Blake lied about the flat rate. The actual movers are not apart of the company. I ended up paying almost 3000 instead of 1100 as I was told. The guy Terry try to force me to pay tip and got really angry to the point it scared me. They ended up stealing a desk top computer, tv and they never gave me my sofa cushion. I am upset about the computer because it had my daughter baby pics. This move was hard for Mr be use I was pregnant. I am really angry about it

Review:

They will suck you in with a great sales pitch and a low quote and then tell you that you must have misunderstood when in it's time to pay the bill. They were supposed to be at my apartment between 2 and 5 but showed up after midnight. I had no option other than to let them go ahead and move my stuff and annoy my neighbors because I had to catch an early flight. When I tried to get info. from the office, the phones were rarely answered. Then, when I actually got someone on the phone they were rude and condescending. My stuff arrived two weeks later than promised. I have never been treated by any service company as rudely as Entourage.

Review:

Very unreliable and incompetent. I had booked a move with Entourage the beginning of this month. They had scheduled my move for the 25th of this month (Monday). The logistics manager had called on Friday the 22nd to confirm my appointment for the 25th so everything seemed legitimate. We had a snowstorm that had caused delays in the northeast, however, I got no communication from them that they would be delayed on Monday the 25th until I called at 3:30 PM to find out they were not coming that day. What was more frustrating was the manager I was talking to kept talking over me and not giving me a chance to talk. I had asked them then when was the soonest they could move since the 25th was my confirmed date (everything is in my invoice order composed in an email) and I was attempting to get to my new location, sign my lease, and get everything together before my new job on Monday the 1st.
The guy calls me back and tells me they would be coming Tuesday the 26th between the hours of 10 and 12. I got up early on the 26th and waited for them. No call that they would be delayed, no show between those hours. I attempted to call Entourage but no one was picking up. I emailed the customer service rep I had been dealing with and he told me the trucks were on the road and I was on the schedule. I didn't hear anything from anyone until around 2:00 PM when I called them and was told that the movers were coming at 4:00 PM and I was the only job for these movers that day. At this point, my boyfriend and I were losing confidence in them because they were constantly pushing back these times and dates. We had expected them to not show up at all at this point and pull what they did the day before.
The movers show up a little before 5 but at that point we had become adamant about not using them. It was just unfortunate that we decided this just as the movers showed up. We had turned them away. I get a call from the customer service rep who yelled at me for wasting their time and gas money EVEN though they had been wasting our time and pushing back times and dates with no communication until I called them. I also explained that we expected them that morning between 10 and 12. Guy yells over me and says it's an estimated time. Well...10 to 12 and then 4:00 is a huge time difference don't you think? He also lied and said he was gonna charge me a 150.00 cancellation fee even though nothing on my initial agreement says anything about cancellation fees. Very shady.
Once he hung up on me, I though that was gonna be it. Instead he harassed me and then my boyfriend through text. He would not pick up his phone when we attempted to call him and talk but continued to harass us via text and then said he wasn't gonna charge us 150.00 cause he wasn't 'stooping to our level' even though this was all a lie. Very petty, unprofessional and cowardly. He also lied about a few other things. Like how they had to reschedule moves that day cause I 'insisted to be moved that day' even though I was the only job that day. Very VERY shady and complete liars. Avoid these people like the plague. They will only lie to you and the rude text messages doesn't bode well for them. We still have these messages if anything needs to be done because that was incredibly unheard of. No wonder they get such bad reviews and have been reported to the better business bureau.
