Review:
I had an issue with an e-sign document. I returned a phone call to understand what the document was about and express some frustrations over why I was being notified to sign it over 2 months later than when it was timestamped. Manager did clarify the situation for me. She also did it in a patronizing tone. I haven't had too many issues with Ephrata Self Storage, but I do not like condescending customer service.
