eShip Transport

I have used Eship to transport my child's car three times. And all three times? Outstanding service from the time the car is picked up until the time it arrives at the destination. Great, professional and kind staff with good prices and great service. I can easily give Eship a FIVE star review.

Mark Anthony was great to work with, honest, transparent, available, direct and competent. I highly recommend trusting him to get your car shipped! I bought a new Telluride on the other side of the country and I was working with the shipping broker the dealership found, but they were hard to get a hold of, I was not a priority to them, and they couldn't tell me how much they take for commission or what their plan was for finding a good driver. After over a week with no progress, I called eship and in my first conversation with Mark, he explained the entire shipping process to me, including unavoidable risks, which other brokers downplayed, and he showed me what the other broker was offering for the job, which helped me realize the other broker was being dishonest. I switched to Mark and eship and he found me a driver within a couple days. It was a small outfit that Mark had no experience with, but Mark explained while that carries some risk, the reputation looked good, he double-checked the validity of their insurance, and he thought we should go for it. The driver was great, responsive during the shipment, and got my car here without a scratch!

Who does 'eShip' get to leave these bogus reviews? Here are some fun facts:

1. 'eShip' DOES NOT transport a single vehicle. It's Always a third party. But, you can't tell that from these bogus reviews.
2. 'eShip' DOES NOT have a 'Crew'.
3. 'eShip' is a BROKER - That's all. They sit behind a computer and answer phone calls.
4. 'eShip' Has No Clue who is transporting a vehicle.
5. The Transporter Does All The Work, Assumes All Liability, Pays For All Fuel/Maintenance/Expences.
6. All 'Brokers' are a Sham, not just 'eShip'.
7. Anyone wanting to transport a Vehicle should deal directly with Transporters!!

Booked the pickup and delivery back on November 10th. Was told they would have a 2 day window for pick up. Anna contacted me on November 23rd to say the car would be picked up on November 30th. However that day came and went was told the next morning December 1st that it would be picked up. That day came and went I made numerous phone calls to no avail. The next morning still no response from eship/Anna text, email or voice-mail. Finally called the toll free number to find out from Johanna that Anna was on Skype and aware. 12:35 pm still no word. Call toll free again Johanna tells me Anna has someone who will pick up within two hours. 4pm comes and goes.

This was supposed to be a surprise present and eship completely blew up. When I finally got callas from the original driver booked for November 30th he said he could pick it up on December 4th. Then the driver who was supposed to be there within 2 hours on December 1st finally called on December 6th to say they could pick up.

I contacted Anna by email on December 5th to cancel completely she never responded. I called Johanna on the toll free line she said she would pass along the message. I sent an email later requesting a confirmation email from Anna which was not given.

Terrible experience. I will ship our corvette by a more reputable company.
