Very happy with E-ship. Our pickup was delivered from OR to TX without any problems, and there was solid communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely use them again.

Jennifer Whitestone was super helpful & compassionate to our expedited needs. We were closing and needed our cars to be picked up & delivered timely. Without hesitation she worked with us. Our cars were picked up on Tues( 8/2) in Long Island, NY & delivered as promised on Thurs(8/4). The driver was professional and took great care of our cars!
We highly recommend E-Ship! We would recommend 10 stars!!!??

Carolyn was very polite and professional even after a big misunderstanding. She kept me updated everyday until I recieved my vehicle. If you never used a service like this it is like an auction so your quote and final price may be different but you will be asked if you want to accept or wait for a better price before your vehicle is picked up.

I hired them to take my car from Massachusetts to Texas, and my car was delivered with three deep scratches and a dent on the trunk. None of the companies have provided any support or compensation for the damages.

On May/28, they picked up my brand new car with no scratches or dents and transported it to Texas. My car was delivered a week later, and as soon as the driver took my car off the truck, I noticed three deep scratches on the driver's door and told him immediately. He checked the pictures from when he picked up the car, confirmed the damages, and told me to submit an email, and they would fix the damages.

He also told me to check all around to see if there was anything else and that I had 24 hours to report to them. I washed my car the next day and found some dents in the trunk. I took a bunch of pictures and sent them, but no solution. They never got back to me regarding the damages; regardless, multiple times, I followed up with them.

As it turns out, I would have to file a claim with their insurance company, and it would go to Carfax records on my $90k brand new car for minor damages that maybe could be fixed at a detailing shop and devalue for something I was not responsible for.

I’m very disappointed with them — no support/accountability for the damage.
