Essex Moving Company

I called a week ago and owner said he could help me in a week then said send photos of my house and what needs to be moved. So I sent him pics and address to ove t and never answered so reach out tonight to confirm tomorrow and said he was sorry can not make it. Yet on our first phone call he said was going vaca for two weeks so what sense does that mdke. Not sure what I did wrong but guess they need learn customer service I'm guesding

Driver rude punk for no reason just chose being rude

Karl and crew are the best - great communication, punctual, they take care with handling the furniture, they ask questions to make sure they do what you want, they are very nice “clean cut” (is that still okay to say?) young men. Highly recommend.

Karl and his team made our home move a dream in October 2023. They did a wonderful and professional job of it. We couldn't be more pleased (and we've been through numerous moves over the years).
