Mark took excellent care of my family's belongings, and did an amazing job cleaning and staging my parents' house for sale. As both a Real Estate Agent and for an Estate Sale/Cleaning I would recommend his services. Mark is both polite and professional, and I felt safe entrusting him with my business.

After interviewing several estate management companies, I knew immediately that Mark was the best one for the job. Mark was tasked with cleaning out my deceased brother’s estate that was filled with items and papers dating back to when my parents bought the house in 1960. This was a complex project as Mark not only had to deal with sorting through years of dust and rooms filled with boxes, he also had to deal with competing family personalities. Throughout the entire process Mark maintained a high level of professionalism and integrity. I cannot say enough about Mark’s thorough and calm approach. No task was too small or too big for Mark and his family. His extensive list of vendors and contacts enables him to sell valuables seamlessly and efficiently without having to set up a tag sale. He even sold the car and found a buyer for my brother‘s home immediately after getting the house in show ready condition. I honestly cannot believe the condition of the house following Mark’s magic touch and how he staged it for a quick sale which sold at our asking price. Mark‘s communication is superb. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and found sentimental items in the home that I never knew existed. He organized all the items so that that I could review prior to him discarding or selling. In a few words, Mark is like a hound dog on scent. He will never give up until he is thoroughly satisfied. I cannot say enough about Mark’s work ethic, caring approach and integrity. I would never have gotten this job done without Mark; he was a godsend.

My wife and I engaged Mark to clean out my in-laws co-op. He thoroughly described his services, costs, and plan to accomplish our needs. He did a nice, neat job, with a caring manner and was responsive to our requests. I would utilize his services again and recommend him to anyone in need of a clean out.

Mark (X marks the Spot) did an excellent job cleaning out and preparing for sale, my deceased mother in law’s apartment in the Meadows complex. There was a great deal of very heavy furniture along with a lot of unwanted “stuff” that had to be removed from her second-floor apartment.
Mark was thorough, very polite and kind. He was also very respectful with the contents of the apartment. Per our wishes, donating what could not be sold.

My dad past away over 2 years ago and after a protracted probate process we were finally able to take control of his house, which was vacant, packed (hoarder style) with tons of personal and business related items, infested with rodents and suffering from a mold problem! I live out of state and could not manage the clean out of the house let alone the day-to-day issues that came up. Mark and his son became like an extension of our family. They braved the moldy rodent infestation; using as much, if not more, care than we would have to locate and preserve personal family momentos and heirlooms. Mark was even able to jump in and help get the power turned back on when it was accidentally turned off due to pending demolition. I can't imagine what I would have done without them - a true God send! I would and will recommend X Marks the Spot to everyone that needs this kind of service.

Mark is also a real estate agent that specializes in estate sales. While I had already hired a realtor by the time I hired Mark for estate management, he was still able to provide some sound advice and guidance to me as I went through the sales process. If I could get a do over, I would have hired him to sell the property as well.
