We stumbled across the reviews for Mark’s business while looking for an estate manager for our 11,000 square foot warehouse. He responded to our inquiry within the same day and requested detailed photos, then drew up a custom proposal for us within the week.
Our late father’s warehouse was filled to the brim with 40 years of invoices, architectural plans, business documents, and paperwork. Mixed in with these business assets were priceless historical family photographs, immigration documents, antique and vintage items, and family heirlooms. And these treasures were hidden underneath piles of dusty papers, or 16 feet in the air, or behind a dangerous stack of razor sharp blades, or under a family of rodents. Luckily, none of these obstacles deterred Mark from his work.
We quickly realized that Mark was going to leave no stone unturned for us. He and his team worked through sawdust, regular dust, fly traps, rat traps, live rats, mice, cockroaches in an ice cold building, night and day for a week, to dig out every single valuable item. They rigged difficult to reach items themselves, crawled over huge trash dumpsters, dealt with live electrical wiring and did it all in record time. Within one week, our packed warehouse was left broom clean and our items were neatly stored in clear bins.
Throughout the process, Mark answered all questions speedily, kept us informed with up to the hour updates, and handled all of our items with extreme care. He found amazing documents that we would have missed hidden under piles of paperwork. He and his family were genuine, kind, and professional. We are so happy with the result.

Mark has been a Godsend to our family - literally! I was in a precarious situation that I had to extract my Mom and move her out of state near me to be cared for very quickly leaving most all of her furnishings, junk, trash, and belongings behind. The house and garage were in a VERY deteriorated, devastated state and were filled with a TON of unorganized junk with nicer items and antiques underneath.This was a HUGE job to get the house and garage emptied. Mark sold and donated her items in a respectful manner, sorted through remaining papers, brought in a dumpster to remove junk, cleaned, cleaned, and cleaned again. He staged the house to be sold and left some of her nicer items in the house. He did all of this in our agreed timeframe. Mark was extremely professional, compassionate to my situation, and made the house look better than it has looked in 30 years! I can't endorse Mark enough.
