If I could give Mark 10 stars I would. Having my parents pass away within months of each other, I spent the better part of a year cleaning out home of over 65 years to put it on the market. He carefully sorted through the items in the house, setting aside mementos and personal items. He then sold what he could, donated other worthwhile items and threw out what was not, leaving the house broom clean in record time. Mark kept me advised of everything he was doing. When he was done, he provided me with an itemized list of sales and donation receipts for estate purposes.

I also have to mention that while I initially contacted Mark to clear out the house, I soon discovered he also manages other items, including vehicles. There was an old van in my parents’ driveway to sell. After providing me with a reasonable quote for his services, Mark secured it, cleaned it up, found a buyer and sold it for more than double that I had been previously offered. While facing the daunting task of cleaning out our childhood home, we knew we needed someone reliable to help us. We read Mark's reviews and decided to meet him before hire, and he was professional, sincere and kind and had a rich knowledge about the various items we needed to sell as well as the history of the style home we had. I would like to thank xmxhelp for helping my wife and me with our preparations to move my mother-in-law from a co-op to an assisted living facility.
