Update: Three months later ... still music to our ears! A treasured baby grand piano was padded, wrapped, strapped, moved, and reassembled with the patience and care expected. A text message was received notifying me 15 minutes before their arrival. Four movers arrived on time and prepared. Electronic paperwork was a breeze.
