Great service

I had a great experience with Estes when moving from California to Washington. I did a lot of research online and received about 10 quotes and Estes was the most affordable option for having a moving company drive my stuff for me. In addition, I was very impressed with their customer service. On the morning when our trailer was supposed to be delivered, our landlord informed us of a plumbing emergency and said we could not place the trailer in our driveway as originally scheduled and agreed upon. The driver had just left the terminal and I called asking if there was anyway we could reschedule the drop-off to that afternoon instead. Estes was very understanding of our situation and pushed back our delivery for us. This would typically have been a $250 re-delivery fee, but they waived that for us. Transit time was shorter than other companies I saw (only 4 business days) and everything arrived intact. Thank you for helping make our move a little less stressful!

Moving is stressful. Estes SureMove makes everything easy. The container arrived at scheduled time. Everything was delivered. Payment over the phone. It’s a lot cheaper than PODs. The only drawback is they do not work over the weekend at all so we need to schedule moving on a weekday. Other than that, we will definitely use the service again
