Etna Storage

Service is very good, the facility is excellent. I’ll continue to work with them for storage needs. I rated 4:5 because their online sign up process requires you to pay before you can see the rental agreement. They require an alternate person contact number- that should be my choice to provide, or not. As I intend to pay, not a concern but their fees for lateness or unit abandonment are really high.

This is the second time I’ve rented from them. The units were clean and dry. Everything functioned like it should. They were always available and helpful if I had any questions. I would recommend them to anyone with storage needs.
