Broke things before even getting them loaded, completely overcharged, unprofessional. Never again will I hire movers, more stressful than just doing it myself

This company is a big scam . They tell the least price and take the initial amount from you and they will give the service to some other people .. the other vendor will come and tell u it will cost u more than double . They told initially it will just cost me 1800$ for 60 packed boxes and a tv . They clearly told me that it won’t cost more than that for that 60 boxes and in fact they said I can add few more items into that and I added couple desk and chairs and mattress .. they took 540$ from me and sent another vendor for pickup .. that vendor told it’s going to cost me 2900$ plus I already lost 540 .. I made several calls and left voice mails no one responded … my money is gone and didn’t even use the service and they are not giving my money back .. total scam .. don’t fall for their trap … big scam company . They will not even respond to ur emails or calls .

Like all of the 1 star reviews say, it’s a scam. Awestruck at the unprofessionalism of their customer support, quality assurance, and management. Im out thousands on a deposit due to this company. Do not use them.

This company is a scam…. Do not fall for their quotes to get you in the door or their false Google reviews. I’m awestruck that businesses can get away with their practices. Read the 1 star reviews because after our fiasco I’m sure they’re all true.
