Evergreen Transfer & Storage

This company was assigned to me for a military move and they were terrible. Courtney, the woman who answers the phone was rude every time I called with questions. The people that were sent to pack my things were lazy and didn't inventory my things properly and one of the people they sent to load my things smelled horrible. When my household goods were delivered I was missing $5k worth of furniture, art supplies work our equipment and clothing. All of my and my husband's clothes were lost except the few outfits we kept with us during our move. When I called them to ask about where my missing things were, Courtney was less than helpful stating all of our stuff was sent, there was nothing she could do and refused to let me talk to her supervisor since she couldn't answer my questions. Their professionalism and customer service is subpar. If this company gets assigned for a military move request a different one. They will lose your things.
If you willingly choose to use this company, good luck and I hope they don't lose your things.

Edit: the company that coordinated my move and assigned this company was great. Evergreen really needs to provide training to their employees on good customer service and proper packing and labeling so they don't lose peoples things.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled a military move and dates weren’t confirmed accurately. A simple customer service respect training should be conducted. Backlashed and claimed a FALSE report of my words. Wish I would have recorded the conversation. DO NOT USE FOR MILITARY MOVES.
