I haven’t written a review before but this was such a bad moving experience, I felt compelled to warn others. The movers were unprofessional (to say the least) and rude. When they arrived this morning, they had a completely different understanding of what we had agreed to than I did. Ok, fine - I agreed that the contract was written a certain way so I wasn’t going to dispute what was in it. However, once they started packing up and moving my things, they were sloppy (leaving big items off of the moving truck, neglecting to pack certain areas that we had contractually agreed they would pack prior to moving day, and leaving garbage and moving debris in their wake). When I noted that I expected more for all the money I was paying, I was threatened by the head mover, “if you want to make this difficult, I can make this difficult for you” and told when I called the office that I was “being emotional”. Quite frankly, I am horrified and cannot believe this company operates this way. They lost things and there was some normal moving wear-and-tear, which I expected to some degree (it was a big move). What I didn’t expect was how poorly I was treated and how much I have to pack up in an SUV and move on my own… don’t use this company!!

The movers were on time and there was no fuss about anything. Nothing broken and nothing to complain about.

Incredible moving experience with this company!! Can’t recommend them enough— ask for Guido, Bayrow, Julio, & Luis. They were fast & everything was kept in perfect condition!!
