After reading the bad reviews online I was skeptical to use this company but after speaking to Anthony he assured me that I would get good service and I did. They quoted me at a hourly rate which was fair and I felt my move be done in that time. Once the crew arrived we established the start time and they got right to work. My apartment was completely packed and everything was ready to go when they arrived. They moved efficiently and got my move completed within the quoted time (I did have some extra cash on hand just in case but didn't need it). The guys were friendly and treated my things with care. I am giving them 4 stars cause they were a little late (due to a previous job going over) and didn't call to tell me but they arrived before the new time they gave me and once they got to me they were apologetic.

My recommendations be completely packed before they arrive they charge by the hour so if you are not packed or if you have difficult items to move and didn't allow for that when quoting then there will be extra charges at the end.

I want to share my SHOCKING EXPERIENCE with you.
We booked this company to help us move two days ago from one city to another in NJ. After we placed more than 10 calls to the manager when the movers did not arrive between 1 and 3 PM (the slot provided to us), they informed us that the movers will not be able to come over! After requesting a lot they sent another team at 6 PM. But due to this we lost our slot of the service elevator at andthe place we we're moving to and had to request themanagement to help us out with another slot. The other movers team did help us move but they refused from unloading our stuff unless we paid them way extra than what was agreed upon. We finally said yes because we have a newborn baby and if we would have said no, we'd have no place to go to. Once they started unloading they RAN AWAY in the middle without assembling ANY furniture. My husband chased the guys and begged them to stop but they didn't. I have only seen this stuff in movies!!! We had a very difficult time as we were left with all living room, bedroom and baby furniture that needed assembly, and sofas that had to be put at the right spot. All this after we paid them much more than what was agreed upon. Their pathetic poor quality service didn't just end there. They damaged many of our furniture pieces and one of the guys was very careless, he damaged the walls of our new house at multiple places and placed a huge scratch on the floor. So now we will also have to pay the management when we end the lease of this apartment. I am very very disappointed and I wish there was a way to redeem their wrongdoings.

They quoted me $310. I make sure to ask Anthony if this was the final price, Anthony said yes. I ONLY have a queen size bedroom set about 25 boxes fan and microwave. I have already moved my flat screen tv and couple boxes. They started to load the truck when they had finished, they added $200 to my bill. It was out of my budget and I was angry. By the time I reached my new apartment in Orange they say their not going to take off my things off the truck until I pay $550. They say it's for gas to and from their office. And the also charge me for tips. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!
This NO GOOD company RESPONDED and called me a sammer, LOL. I was the one who got SCAMMED BY PAYING YOU WHAT WAS NOT IN THE CONTRACT. The ONLY glass that was not packed was a huge glass mirror and Anthony told me his movers would pack that. The move DID NOT go over an extra hour, I ONLY had a queen sized bedroom set and boxes. YOUR NO GOOD DRIVER CHARGED ME FOR THE GAS IN HIS TRUCK AND FOR ME TO TIP HIM. THE CONTRACT I SIGNED WAS FOR $310 BEFORE THEY STARTED PULLING MY BEDROOM SET APART. THIS IS THE TRICK THAT THEY DO. AFTER THEY FINISHED LOAD UP THE TRUCK THAT'S WHEN THEY ADDED THE EXTRA $200 AND WHEN I ASKED Y, THE DRIVER TOLD ME IT'S FOR GAS TO AND FROM THEIR OFFICE. WHEN I REACHED MY APARTMENT I HAD TO PAY THEM BEFORE THEY UNLOADED MY THINGS OFF THE TRUCK. AND THEY DAMAGED MY MIRRORED FIXTURES AND MY DRESSER. IF GOOGLE WOULD ALLOW ME UPLOAD MY PICTURES TO THE PUBLIC I WOULD CAUSE I STILL HAVE PICTURES OF THE CONTRACT AND DAMAGES.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE JUST MOVING ACROSS TOWN.

Absolutely Horrible! Do not use, read the reviews, research!

Anthony DelGuidice Is the Owner and Manager. He quoted me 2 men $90 an hour, tolls and gas $520.00. It took a hour to load. When we arrived at the destination the guy wouldn’t take my items off of the truck unless I paid $750.00. He charged me $45 for tolls even though the toll receipts was $15 he charged me $75 for gas and they didn’t even use a tank and instead of sending two men as quoted he sent three men and charged me $105.00 per man per hour. It took them 2.5 hours to unload the because they moved extra slow. I wish I had read the reviews. I plan to file complaints with BBB and small claims and will be contacting the prosecutor’s office to see if other people filed criminal charges.

I plan to leave a complaint and review every possible! To warn people.

Update: 4/26/19 ?? So I’m satan and a liar when you scammed me? To say that I had roaches and rats. Geez! Such liars. If you want the truth the same exact story that I told BBB contact BBB and read the difference in their story. Such liars, now all of a sudden because I left a review, I had roaches and rats. ??.

BEAWARE!!!! I wouldn't even give them a 1 except I wanted to post! I experienced the worst bait and switch in my life! I was quoted $390, and it was $100 hourly for anything above the quote. The only extra service I agreed to was wrapping my couches for 'around $40.' The movers we great and handled my items with care, but in the end they handed me a bill for $1360!!!!! They state, in their contract 'Should There be any Other Services Requested,Additional Costs Will be Applied(Packing Services Or An Increase Of The Listed Inventory).' I NEVER REQUESTED additional boxes at $60 per box for my vacuumed sealed 'STORAGE' bags' for my clothes, they just used them. I double bubbled wrapped and shrink wrapped my televisions per Anthony , although he said just 'wrapped.' So definitely didn't agree to the $75 boxes for those. My quote had 40 pieces listed and when I finally got owner on the phone, to complain about the price. I was told I had to pay more because i had more than my list, and that I filled the truck. I don't care if I filled your truck, because I only had the items I listed. The crazy part was things like my bed was listed as 1 King (with mattresses) on quote. At storage they were telling my that it's counted as 5! They mover actually said, 'We don't know that you have a head board and footboard when quoting,' even though on quote it says (w/ mattesses). Of course I went over then, as you are counting pieces of what was broken down!!!!! I can go on and on with the amount of unprofessional service they provided when it came to charges and the unbelievable ability for the owner to be on the other end of the phone threatening to take my items to his storage if I didn't pay the price. He 'waved' the packing fee for things like 18 rolls of tape they charged me for , EVEN THOUGH HE SAID THAT WAS FREE when he was on the phone quoting me. I still have no idea how he got to the price he did as I never saw the price list of itemized things that was flashed at me after they handed me the original bill. When talking with the owner and the workers trying to settle things, their stories kept changing about where the charges actually came from.
I was prepared for some sort of additional prices due to extra hourly rate, but triple the price was unbelievable!
I would NEVER recommend this company under any circumstances!
