THE WORST company I have ever delt with. They provided a contract to me when arriving 5 hours late in the middle of the night to pick my stuff up, fed me a bunch of lies, my stuff was to be shipped to my destination and was never shipped I made several calls and finally got a date it was to be arrived and then was never contacted and arrived 3 days late with several damaged items. When I contracted executive movers they said they were not responsible for any part of the moving even though they were the ones I paid and sign the contract with. I strongly recommend NOT using them.

Review:

On the New Jersey end of this service, the technicians have failed to turn up to two appointments — no phone calls, no nothing. The folks that call me seem to have no idea what is going on in their business.

After the first missed appointment, I got a phone call the next day, where the woman had no idea the technician didn't show. She just 'didn't have it checked off her list.' No apology, no acknowledgement that someone had to stay and wait.

She offered another appointment on the Saturday (Saturday!). I said that was fine, but didn't want to waste an entire Saturday waiting. Guess what? No technician, no phone call. I called the same number, left two messages... nothing.

Then, I get a phone call this morning from someone wanting to set up an appointment with me... who also seemed clueless and disinterested that this was upcoming meeting #3. It seems I have an appointment... but no actual confirmation ('we'll see if the technician is available'). So...

This is supposed to be an executive service for an executive move... yet they have no problem asking this executive to miss hours of work.

Here's the thing. People make mistakes. Businesses make mistakes. That's ok.

I judge a business on the way it recovers. This one — no apologies, no acknowledgment of inconvenience, no assurances. They didn't even offer me a clear number to call. I had to ask, then they gave me 3 different numbers.

When your business has one job, you'd think... ugh, I hate complaining.

Oh yeah - and one of the TVs was broken. One woman told me I could open a crate but don't power on the TV without them. I opened one crate, broken leg with the leg in a bag and signs it had been dropped. Guess what? Because we opened the crate, they aren't responsible anymore.

So... not that I had a choice, but don't recommend them if you do.

Review:

These guys were so flexible and accommodating, I don't know why you'd use anyone else! Despite many changes to our schedule they always made themselves available and were respectful and courteous with our possessions.
