Clean facility with very competitive pricing. I am renting here for over 10 years and never had an issue.

We needed additional space to store our summer and holiday items. We were looking for a 5'x9' non-climate controlled. We had stopped just up the street at Store Rooms - based on their 50% off selected units coupon available on-line. Needless to say, the 'Selected Units' at storerooms were not what we needed.

We stopped at Kane, we rented an 8'x8' in climate controlled for $20 less per month AND they happened to be running a rent 2 months, get 2 months free. Kane gave us roughly 25% more space in a better environment for $20 less per month. There are some limitations on access time - (7AM-7PM) but they are reasonable and the price is right.

I should note - we settled on a second floor unit which means we need to use one of their ladders to get up to it. This is fine for boxes and small stuff, but it would be nigh impossible to get a couch or a big piece of furniture in the unit we settled on. You would likely need to get a different unit for an item like that, and as such, your price may vary.
