Absolutely amazing customer service from the beginning to the end. Maurice and Gael were fast efficient moved us in the exact quoted time. Super fast and well organized. Nothing was broken or damaged would highly recommend. 10/10
One Star - Terrible Service
First, I specifically asked for the movers to arrive at 9am because my apartment has strict freight elevator rules. Instead, they called me at 7:30am, saying they’d be at my place by 8am. This forced me to hunt down a maintenance worker and insist that the elevators be started early, as I didn’t want to be charged for the movers showing up outside the agreed time. When I tried explaining to the driver that arriving this early was a problem, he became frustrated, and the language barrier made the situation even harder, as English was not his primary language.
Secondly, when I made my reservation, I explicitly requested a TV box and a mirror box to be included in the service. I was quoted a price for both and confirmed that I was fine with the charges. Yet, when the movers arrived, they didn’t bring either box. When I asked the movers said “we’re not responsible for any damages to your TV.” Again, this was confusing because I was just asking for the box that I requested for the TV.
Finally—and most frustratingly—the movers were incredibly slow. I live in a 750-square-foot apartment with minimal furniture, located directly next to the elevator. Despite having a three-person crew, it took them over two hours just to move my belongings out. To put it in perspective, I had already packed up everything myself except for the TV, bed, and coffee table. This is just the move out time, I still haven’t made it to the new location to see how long the move-in time will take.
The mover also keeps asking me to move things in my car. After I insist that everything should be moved on the truck. He keeps reintegrating they’re not responsible for any damages.
I’m incredibly disappointed and regret not choosing All My Sons Moving instead. This was one of the worst moving experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself some time and stress and just use a different company.

My husband and I were shopping around for quotes and this was his first call. He gets a price and then says he’s going to check with me first. The rep then tells him “just tell me it’s too much. I’d respect it more if you said that rather than tell me you have to check with your wife over $200.” He then refuses to give his name. Absolutely unprofessional. I’ll be sure none of our friends or family ever give them business.
