Exodus Moving & Storage

From beginning to end, our interstate move was excellent. Across the board, staff were professional, kind, and human. Paco and his crew were excellent on the pickup end. He is a smart, professional young gentleman. On the destination end, Alejandro of Exodus and the local helper, Jimmy, were hard working, smart, and kind.

Our moving crew consisting of Paco, Dillon, Efrain and Miguel were excellent. Very professional and efficient. They quickly loaded everything into the truck, but were also very careful with protecting our floors & walls. I would not hesitate to hire Exodus Moving and Storage for any of our moving needs.

We had awesome crews both days of our move. They were all very professional and courteous. They took the greatest of care with our belongings and actually sorted things at the new house based on my labeling. They did their best to protect surfaces in the home as well. Every crew member hustled and worked hard the whole time they were with us except their brakes. Many of the crew had been with Exodus for several years. Moving is hard work so Exodus must be treating their folks well. There was a positive attitude with all of the crew all day both days. Great experience. I hope to not move again any time soon, but we will use Exodus again if we do.

Mike SR, Mike Jr, and Isaiah were simply the best team I could have asked for. They were fast and efficient, but also kind and considerate of me going through this move. They get an A+ from me.

We used Exodus in 2021 for a cross country move. While our drivers, a husband and wife team, were great and arrived at our new home on time, I was left with the impression that the three packers/loaders were day laborers. The day after everything had been packed and loaded and we had already left Colorado, I had a friend drive by our house to see if the truck had left. It had left our driveway, but not the neighborhood. It was parked along a side street and the drivers were unloading/reloading our belongings because, according to them, they did not like the way the truck was loaded by the packers/loaders. While I greatly appreciate the drivers taking the time to properly load and secure our belongings, I wondered why it was not done right the first time and was stressed by the thought of our belongings being out of the truck and on a curb when we were miles away. As I mentioned earlier, the truck did arrive on time, despite the extra time spent on the curb, and our belongings were in good shape.

We had moved cross country twice in before this move and used Mayflower for both. Exodus was much more cost effective than Mayflower for this move, but with Mayflower we had no worries.
