Expedite Moving

Terrible moving experience. The sales guy we spoke with, who I won’t name, told us that we would get 3 movers to move our things. We ended up only getting 2 and when they went over the 3 hours they quoted us for, they said they’d charge extra for the 1.5 hours. If they had sent 3 movers as they promised, it would’ve been done in the allotted time and I wouldn’t have to pay extra.

Can’t forget to mention that the movers also threatened to lock up the truck and take all my things to the warehouse if we didn’t pay him for the extra 1.5 hours. Terrible customer service and not at all how we should be treated.

Steer clear from these people. Find other movers or rent a UHaul and ask family/friends to help. Much cheaper than dealing with unprofessional, dishonest movers at Expedite.
