Great friendly service

I needed to downsize my unit. I was given the option of waiting for the end of the month, or have a 48 hour grace period. I chose the 48 hour period and moved into my smaller unit. Great customer service. Clean units.

I was tasked with renting a unit for someone close to me who was having an emergency. Doug was very helpful when I explained the situation and when I went in, Doug had communicated to Chris that I was on my way. All paperwork was prepared, the unit was clean and ready, and I had keys after being efficiently and kindly walked through everything. Having rented for myself, I’m a repeat renter and highly recommend! The units are secure and the customer service is top tier! Much gratitude for a wonderful experience! I definitely recommend Express Storage.

I rented a unit early morning of Sunday because my other unit in Richland is full and need d emergency storage of some office stuff. Did everything online paid and was waiting for my information via email. But no it said I had to wait till the office is open to go in. All other ones I’ve rented has been online and I get my information sent to me via email. I will call to cancel mine on Monday. So disappointed

Always professional. A quality storage facility at reasonable prices. As long as I live in the area and as long as I have a need for storage I will be using their services.
