I'm in shock about how bad this was....I paid $30 JUST for the reservation. The 1st months rent was supposed to be $25. I thought that was what I was paying. Nope, just the reservation. Also, there is no customer service. Just an answering service. I have yet to receive a call back....just need a refund at this point. One more shocker...they verify your identity using the last 4 of your social. Security questions about your past and everything.
