Ginny was amazing so helpful and sue I was informed of all the financial responsibility. She was so easy to work with.

I stored my items with Life Storage in Feeding Hills for many years in thier inside storage. When I came back to retrieve my things, everything was just as I left them, no mold, just some dust. The online portal is easy to use and provides good information for collecting items and past invoices. The process to close the unit was very easy and the staff was helpful.

DO NOT RECOMMEND this storage facility. In just 4 months, the price of my unit has skyrocketed. It started at $58, increased to $85 in the second month, and now, by the fourth month, it’s up to $124, excluding the mandatory $11 insurance fee. To make matters worse, the unit was advertised as 8x8 but is actually only 8x5. Despite being enrolled in auto-pay and never missing a payment, I was locked out of my unit. The staff is rude and unhelpful, showing no concern for customer service. I’ll be moving my belongings to another facility and strongly advise others to avoid this place.
