I called for a quote and Rachael answered the phone, she was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you very much.

They more than doubled the rate of their price out of nowhere.

Spoke to a customer service rep and the phone and she told me 'oh yeah, it's normal. Every 3-4 months we increase the price'. I have storage units in other cities, and I've had them for 5+ years and never had a price increase, let alone more than doubling the rate.

Seems like a scam where you put in all the effort to move your belongings into the storage unit, then later they'll increase the price and hope you keep paying because it's inconvenient to move out.

Absolute bait and switch.

Basically doubled price after 3 months...with little or no notice. My unit was on 3rd floor behind 2 doors not very well laid out
