Very respectful and knowledgeable

I used a unit here for about 5 years. It was always clean, safe, and the temperature control was good. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I'd definitely use them again if the need arose

Extra Space, Northborough MA was a very well maintained , climate controlled storage for our furniture and personal items. I would recommend this storage to any person who wants care in storage.

Diane made everything very easy, from explaining the process, showing us the spaces available, answering our questions, to getting us all set up with the paperwork/electronic forms and info to move in. She is very helpful and friendly. The space is very clean and easy to get to with a huge freight elevator for upper floors, and extra dollies if you need them. Thank you!
