My customer experience was excellent. The unit and location where my storage is clean and easy access. I was given options of which unit I wanted at the time based on accumulation of snow and ice which was key considering I started renting at the peak of winter in New England. I’m extremely satisfied overall with my whole initial setup and will definitely recommend them to others in the future.
