While the storage unit and access were fine, the company’s lack of info about promotional rates was sorely lacking. We signed on for a rate $85 plus another $20 for insurance. NOWHERE in anything we read did it say this was a promotional rate. Nor did any employee say it was a promotional rate. So imagine our surprise when we got a notice that the company claimed our rate was promotional and the price was now going up to $158 plus $26 for insurance for a total of $184! Needless to say, my husband and I are beyond upset with all this and have been forced to move all our stuff for a second time. We plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau and leaving a YELP review encouraging people to stay away from your deceptive, dishonest business.

Great company, great workers. They are always receptive to my calls and have always accommodated my storage needs. One time I left a desk outside my storage and one of the workers gave me a courtesy call letting me know! I understand it's a tough business and the prices sometimes change but I'm overall very pleased with my experience with this storage facility. Thank you for years of great service!!
