Super easy, super quick! Sales agent very helpful and friendly

Looks like a nice facility but they have mice! We checked on our unit and it was full of mice droppings. With no food in our unit, we had to throw out about $1,500 worth of stuff including our mattress and box spring that insurance did not fully cover. Because we have insurance through someone else we got no help beyond a few minutes of the manager vacuuming up what we could see immediately and moving to another unit on the same floor that, again, has mice. The manager was sympathetic, but there was no assistance in disposing of our things and no reference for who to call to get rid of the large items. No word from Extra Space corporate after attempting to contact them, and we’ve had to call the manager multiple times to try to get anything, even after our rate went up a month before.

Would store with them again!
