Excellent customer service and friendly staff.

Huge disconnect with the business and their call center. I was charged a month when I never even used the rental as the person on the phone explained id never be charged if i never went to open the unit. I was afraid and stressed, we had had an apartment fire which is why I called frenetically… I think they are losing customers which is why they would not work with me an offer a refund. I didn’t dispute it because its not worth my time to be issues new cards and have my account locked.

These guys at this storage facility are extremely amazing people. They’re very good. They will work with you if you work with them and I just want to say thank you very much for all you guys have done. Have a good year.
